At the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, we are preparing for our Easter Camp & Summer Camp 2026, and we are currently looking for motivated tennis coaches who would like to join our team\uD83D\uDCAA
The Academy is going through a significant moment of growth and international expansion, which is opening new pathways and creating opportunities for the coaches who work with us. Many of them have advanced not only in the training and performance area, but also in fields related to sports management, program coordination, and operational roles within the Academy. This environment makes it possible for young professionals to explore different career directions while continuing to develop their coaching skills.
Profiles we are looking for:
- Previous coaching experience of 1 year as minimum
- Experience competing in federated tournaments
- High level of English.
- Official training or qualification related to the field of sports (also sports management) or teaching.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in developing as a coach.
